Yes, there are dogs involved (we run mock drop-offs and go-homes) but the focus is really on the conversations happening around them. The owner interactions. The clarity. The confidence.

As trainers, we spend so much time learning how to train dogs, but not nearly enough time learning how to communicate what we’re doing in a way that actually lands with owners.

This is a room full of trainers you can bounce ideas off of, ask real questions, and realize you’re not the only one going through it.

What will be covered?

  • DAY 1: ALL ABOUT YOU

    Before we talk content, clients, or business strategy - we start with you. Your goals, your confidence, your vision. This day is about reconnecting with yourself and getting clear about what you really want, so everything that comes next is rooted in alignment instead of overwhelm.

  • DAY 2: YOUR OWNERS

    Today’s focus is on the OWNER part of your business. We’ll share lessons we’ve learned, how to communicate more effectively with your owners, and what it really means to coach someone - not just train their dog. Because when you understand your owner, everything changes.

  • DAY 3: CONTENT

    This is where it all clicks. You’ll learn how to create content that actually works - content that reflects your voice, connects with your ideal audience, and converts without the burnout. Expect to walk away with a clear plan and a surprising amount of confidence about what to post (and why).

  • DAY 4: PROGRAM BUILDING

    The final day is all about doing what works best for YOU. We’ll help you design or refine your offers so they feel sustainable, scalable, and aligned with how you want to work. You’ll leave with a program you believe in - and the clarity to make changes so you look forward to what you offer.

  • Daily Afternoon Workshops

    In addition to the 2:1 time with Kait and Bethany - our afternoons are presentation-based, but far from passive. Kait walks you through her full “day one” drop-off protocol so you can see exactly how she sets expectations, communicates clearly, and leads with confidence from the start. This will show you how much this positively impacts a dog’s state of mind for the rest of the program. We break down real go-home sessions step-by-step, showing you how to guide owners through the messy, emotional, real-life moments.

  • You’ll get a live inside look at Bethany’s content creation system - how she plans, structures, and executes content in a way that directly supports her business goals.

    She’ll show you exactly what content has done for her business - not just in growth, but in real revenue.

    If you’ve been wanting to create passive income from your content - guides, bundles, templates, resources that sell while you sleep - you’ll want to be in the room to learn how Bethany built hers and how you can build your own.

  • When it comes to videos, Kait and Bethany will guide you through examples of what’s working, how to think about messaging, and how to translate your voice into content that connects. Together, we’ll create group reels - so you can see how simple ideas turn into powerful pieces of content without overcomplicating it. You’ll be involved with a live video recording and editing session with Casey at Rho’s Butter, so you can see how professional, fun, aligned content actually comes together. This isn’t just a “how to” program. It’s real examples and real strategy you can take home and implement immediately.
